Project Description

You and Me Sewing Workshop

Learn to sew together! Kids and adults work together, learning to follow a simple pattern, measure and cut fabric, and sew on a machine.  There will be some hand-sewing as well.  Each pair will create one or two items from start to finish.  Choose a fun and functional apron and/or a pillow.  The Museum will provide one sewing machine to share. Students are encouraged to bring and learn on their own portable machine if they have one.  All other materials are provided, including fabric, stuffing, fabric scissors, and pins.

Please Note: Early Registration Rewards do not apply for this workshop.
