This 90-minute session provides time to pause, breathe, and engage in a practice that fosters
both personal and collective reflection. Through yin yoga, participants will settle into supported
postures that encourage relaxation. The class will incorporate movement, breathwork, and
moments of reflection, creating space to connect with the season’s transition.

Following the movement portion, a guided journaling session will explore themes of seasonal
transition and new beginnings, drawing inspiration from the shifts in nature during spring. You’ll
receive prompts designed to support personal intention-setting as spring begins. This workshop
welcomes all levels—whether you’re looking for a moment of stillness, a way to process change,
or an opportunity to connect within a supportive group, this space is open to you.

Workshop Benefits:
● Create space for reflection with guided journaling prompts.
● Support relaxation through gentle, long-held postures.
● Explore seasonal intention-setting as spring brings shifts in energy and routine.
● Use breathwork and meditation to encourage calm and presence.
● Engage in a shared practice with a small group in a supportive setting.
