Colleen has been practicing Hatha yoga for several years and enjoys sharing her practice with yogis of all levels. Yoga helps her to embrace new challenges, to slow down and find her breath, and to look for joy in all areas of life. In addition to yoga, she teaches high school science and spends her free time outside exploring and traveling.
Amber discovered the importance of Yoga around 1999 as a means to figure out the mind-body connection for mental and physical health. At the time, finding yoga classes was limited so it was often replaced with Pilates while keeping spiritual work separate.
In 2017, Amber completed her 200-hour training with Complete Health Yoga. She has since gone on to study Yin Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga for Depression & Anxiety, and Aerial Yoga through Honor Yoga.
Her classes introduce students to a variety of props including chairs so that people may learn ways to make their practices as accessible as possible. She also has meditations on the Insight Timer app. Her Instagram is @seekingdharmayoga and website seekingdharmayoga.com.
Heather Mulvey, C-IAYT, has been practicing yoga since 1998 and has studied various styles of yoga. Her approach to teaching is to offer a class that is accessible to everyone in an open-hearted and serene environment, while offering guidance to tune inward and nurture our present state. She delights in witnessing the sense of well-being, grounding, confidence, and compassion found in the yoga practice extend into our daily lives. Heather is a graduate Rutgers University, Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, and Inner Peace Yoga Therapy Program.
Heather’s yoga therapy training areas of focus include grief, chronic pain, depression, heart health, back care, cancer care, and functional yoga therapy. Heather has trained with Nischala Joy Devi, Lillah Schwartz, Neil Pearson, Amy Weintraub, Stephanie Pappas, Laura Kupperman, Maria Mendola, Durga, Dr. Marc Halpern, and Richard Miller.
Heather is registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and teaches group and private classes throughout the central New Jersey region. She is American Red Cross Adult CPR & AED Certified.
Satya learned yoga at an early age from his parents in Mysore, India. Living in the USA, Satya reconnected with yoga in 2001 when he got tired of the gym routine and discovered Ashtanga vinyasa yoga. In 2009, as a complement to the dynamic Ashtanga yoga, he started Heartfulness meditation practice.
Satya started the Clinton Heartfulness meditation meetup to share this simple but effective spiritual practice in the local area and he teaches Heartfulness meditation at the Hunterdon Art Museum. He is now excited to have the opportunity to share his passion for Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
Tom is a long-time practitioner and teacher of Qigong and Yang Family Style Tai Chi. He has studied locally with Master Irv Winn, Master Christopher Leyesa, Qigong for Healing, and Avalon Healing Arts. Tom has also studied with internationally acclaimed teachers; Dr Yang Yang, Master Kenneth S. Cohen, Dr. Roger Jahnke, Integral Institute of Tai Chi & Qigong and the Tai Chi for Health Institute. He is a regular presenter at the Symposium for Integrative Health, Tai Chi & Qigong.

Ron Tanelli (RYT-200)
After years of athletics and going the traditional gym route with weight lifting and cardio until exhaustion, Ron started exploring other ways to remain healthy. His wife convinced him to attend a weekend class at OM Yoga Clinton back in 2014. The Yoga community and atmosphere at the HAM was so welcoming. He immediately felt like this was a perfect fit from day one. He quickly realized that yoga was a more therapeutic way to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. In the years that followed, he deepened his practice by studying traditional Hatha yoga under the guidance of Gist Finley at the Ahimsa School of Yoga. This has truly transformed his life in so many ways, both physically and mentally. Ron loves to share his knowledge of yoga with students by creating a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment. His goal is to break down poses so students gain a deeper understanding and benefit of each pose. Students are encouraged to make deep personal connections as they become the observers both in class and in daily living.
