Project Description

Art with Heart

This is an open studio art class designed for teens and pre-teens with special needs and developmental disabilities.   Students are encouraged to express their own vision in this fun, supportive environment.   In each class, students will be presented with a choice of art materials to discover what they like best.  Art making topics are tailored to new and returning students, and include drawing, painting, sculpting, mixed media, and fiber arts.  Parents are welcome to participate, observe, or drop off.
