Project Description

Creating Your Own Artist’s Book

Please note: This class will be held virtually using Zoom. Click HERE to learn more about online learning with HAM and contact Joan Gavornik with any questions or concerns.

An artist’s book is a piece of artwork in book form that can include a range of artmaking techniques, such as drawing, painting, collage, printmaking and more. In this class you will explore different mediums and be given creative prompts to fill your own artist’s book, starting with the construction of the book itself. This class is perfect for jumpstarting your creativity in a fun, structured, and supportive setting. All levels are welcome; please see the materials list below so that you have what you need.

Students will need access to a computer, laptop, tablet or phone with a camera, microphone and internet access for using the Zoom meeting app.
