Hunterdon Art Museum offers an open studio in which artists may draw or paint from a model.  All skill levels are welcome in this friendly and casual atmosphere.  All sessions include short and long poses; models for each session rotate, male and female, clothed, classically draped, and nude).  Sessions are uninstructed with a facilitator, providing an opportunity for artists to work independently, practice, and refine their skills.

A minimum of 4 students is required to book a model for sitting. Please register a week in advance to ensure a model can be booked.  Bring your favorite materials. We have plenty of easels and stools available; drawing boards are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Artists ages 15 – 17 must have a signed letter of parental permission accompanying their completed registration prior to admittance to open studio.

Please Note: Early Registration Rewards do not apply for this class.
