Project Description

Photography Boot Camp

Through demonstration and hands-on opportunities, students immerse themselves in the basics of using their digital camera during a concentrated learning experience in the classroom and outdoors. We will cover tips on good composition along with technical info on camera operation, shutter speed and aperture, and how to use the in-camera light meter for better exposure compensation. Students should bring a DSLR camera or smart phone, fresh or fully charged batteries, camera card, charging cord.

Please note: This camp may be held virtually using Zoom. Students will be notified before the start of the class if the class must take place online. Click HERE to learn more about online learning with HAM and contact Joan Gavornik with any questions or concerns.
