Hunterdon Art Museum (referred to herein as “Hunterdon Art Museum”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, respects the privacy of individuals (“you”, “your”, and “users”) who use our websites and services, and is committed to protecting it through adherence to this privacy statement (the “Policy”).  The Policy applies to rockrecoveryed.org and Hunterdon Art Museum-operated microsites (collectively the “Websites”) and describes the personal information that Hunterdon Art Museum collects from the Websites and the ways in which Hunterdon Art Museum uses the information.  It also informs you about information that might be collected through Hunterdon Art Museum’s service partners and other online/offline channels.

Hunterdon Art Museum does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other organizations or individuals in ways different from what is disclosed in the Policy.  Hunterdon Art Museum is the owner of the information collected through its services and the Websites and may use and share with third parties the information to assess Hunterdon Art Museum’s programs and for development efforts.

To respond to your requests and for updates about new content on the Websites and special events organized by Hunterdon Art Museum, your email address in Hunterdon Art Museum’s database will be used.
